Instances are defederated according to the Federation Abuse Policy, each defederation should have:

Domain that was blocked
Severity
- "Limit" - only people following specific accounts on the instance can see their content, or
- "Suspend" - all content is removed and disallowed on the instance.
- "None" - just reject media files
Date of last moderation decision (YYYY-MM-DD)
Reason if applicable, including any links to relevant context or mod discussions.
